Have you ever wondered if the food that arrives on our plates is clean? No matter how thoroughly we wash them, in the last 50 years man has used hormones, antibiotics, insecticides, etc. The aim was simply to increase the production of food, both plant and animal, and at the same time to reduce the time needed to prepare it. So today there is an abundance of food. However, we are taking in all these poisons that are present in food, which, in addition, are detrimental to our health. So we may think that we are consuming pure food, which due to drugs creates the biggest diseases such as heart diseases, epilepsy, kidney diseases and many other degenerative diseases.
We wash our fruit and vegetables with water, believing that they are now clean and safe to eat. But is it?
All nutritionists today recommend eating lots of fruits and vegetables as they offer health and longevity: but unfortunately it is scientifically accepted that the best washing you can do to fruits and vegetables will not be able to rid them of pesticides except for 20% of the pesticides, while 80% of these poisons will be taken into your body with food.
Most pesticides when sprayed by farmers are "long-lasting", i.e. they do not break down with rainwater, so they are effective and can fight pathogens and insects for at least 10 days, otherwise the farmer would have to spray them daily.
In practice, what does the farmer do? For example, he sprays the cucumbers today and on the third day he unfortunately cuts them up and takes them to the grocery store.
Then you buy them and even if they are washed as we mentioned above, it is not possible to completely remove the pesticides, so you ingest the 80% of dangerous elements that are present in their ingredients.
Unfortunately, these chemical poisons are not eliminated by our body and have an additive character with tragic consequences for our health.
Today, both chickens and animals in general are given hormones with their food in order to grow quickly and increase their weight, while in order to protect them from various diseases they are given various antibiotics with the water, with the result that all these are eventually transferred to humans through the food chain and destroy their immune system, not only with disastrous consequences for their health but also for the health of their offspring.
Consider that D.D.T. has been banned in Greece many years ago, yet we find it today even in breast milk.
