1.1 The website gr.camelotwater.com (hereinafter "website" or "website") is owned by the Company named K.Athanasios and Co. Ltd.. with the distinctive title "Camelot® International Health Organization" which is located in Kallithea, Attica, at 146, Syngrou Avenue (hereinafter referred to as "Company" ή "We").

1.2 Any use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms of Use, which constitute the only binding agreement between you and the Company and shall be deemed to have been signed in writing. For this reason, before making any use of the Website, its information and services, please ensure that you have carefully read the following Terms of Use and that you agree with their contents.
Intellectual property rights
2.1 Intellectual Property
2.1.1 The website is the intellectual property of the Company and its associates, in accordance with the Greek law "On Intellectual Property" (Law 2121/1993), as amended and in force today and the international conventions signed by Greece.
2.1.2 The Company reserves the exclusive intellectual property rights to the design, source code and all the content of the website (indicatively and not limited to images, texts, articles, graphics, photographs and generally all files of the website) to the extent that these rights do not already belong to third parties. The Company retains the copyrights as the original author and/or uses them with the permission of third parties.
2.1.3 Among other things, the processing, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution in any way, of any content of the website as well as the decompilation or in any way unauthorized use of its software is prohibited.

2.2.1 The trademarks contained or appearing on the website are protected distinctive features and registered trademarks of the Company or third parties associated with it that are entitled and protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks and industrial property. In any case, their appearance and display on the website should in no way be construed as a license to use such trademarks by anyone without the written permission of the Company.
2.3 Liability
2.3.1 Any infringement of the Intellectual Property rights referred to in paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of this article in any way shall incur the responsibilities and penalties established by law.
3. Processing of Personal Data
The processing of the user's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy of the company. These Policies are considered an integral part of these Terms of Use.
4. User obligations
4.1 Users of the website accept and agree that they will make legitimate use of the website. The purchase of our products through our online store is only allowed by those who have the legal right to enter into contracts and capacity for legal transaction according to Greek law. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to validly accept these Terms of Use.
4.2 Users agree that they will not use the website for any illegal activity, to send or transmit in any way any content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, offensive, defamatory, libelous, obscene, invasive of privacy or racially, ethnically or otherwise discriminatory.
5. Security and confidentiality

5.2 All information and data submitted by any user is confidential. The Company applies all necessary security measures and makes use of this data and information only when it is necessary in the context of the services provided.
6. Purchase of Products
6.1 You can add to your "basket" the products you wish to buy. When you are ready to complete the order you must fill in the required billing information, select the payment method and you can now place an order by selecting the "Order" field.
6.2 Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation message to the email address you have provided which will indicate your order and its details.
7. Create an Account
7.1 Our website offers the possibility to register. To register you need a valid email address to which we send you a password (login code). With this password you will be able to log in as a registered member in the future.
7.2 You remain personally and solely responsible for all actions and transactions carried out through your account. You must ensure the privacy of your password and your formal exit from the website (logout) after each use. If any unauthorized use of your account or any actual or potential breach of security is detected, you must immediately notify the site administrators. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the failure of users to respect and follow the above condition.

8. Prices- Information
8.1 For each product or service we provide you with clear, understandable and accurate information before you complete your transaction, such as its main features, its final price including VAT and any additional charges. The Company reserves the right and discretion to change the prices of products and services. Any changes will not affect orders already submitted. In any case, the price quoted at the time of the order shall be considered valid.
8.2 Although we make every effort to include accurate information and prices in our online store, it is possible that typographical errors and incorrect information in the characteristics and prices of products may creep in.

Please use your order ID as proof of payment. Your order is pending until the amount is cleared in our account. The bank deposit must be made within three (7) days of placing the order.
β. Debit or credit card
We accept the following cards: Visa, Debit, American Express, Master Card or Diners. The Company does not store card details for reasons of utmost security. Therefore, you are required to submit your card details with every purchase.
γ. Vivawallet
Using Vivawallet as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Vivawallet website to complete your payment.
δ. PayPal
Using Paypal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to complete your payment.
ε. Cash on delivery
If you choose this payment method, you pay the price of your order to our employees or to the employee of the Courier service we work with. Cash on delivery in cases where the products are delivered by a Courier employee has an additional charge depending on the weight. In cases where our employees serve your area and deliver the products themselves there is no additional charge.
10. Delivery time and costs
10.1 Orders are sent and delivered to the address you indicate when placing your order either by our company's employees or by the Courier service "GENIKI TAHYDOMIKI" and "ACS" with which we cooperate. Shipping days are usually from Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Shipping time may be affected by extreme weather conditions, marches or other reasons of force majeure.
10.2 For shipments within Attica, delivery is made the next working day and the cost is 5-7 euros. For shipments outside Attica, delivery takes place within two (2) working days (in inaccessible areas within three days) at a cost of 7-12 euros depending on the weight of the parcel.
11. Right of withdrawal - Returns policy
11.1 The return of a product is subject to the following conditions: the product must be in perfect condition, i.e. it must not have been used, without any special markings (labels, sealed packaging if any) having been removed and accompanied by all the necessary documents (receipt or invoice)
11.2 The return of a product is possible:
(α) when the product you received is not what you ordered. In this case, you must return the product within fourteen (14) days of its delivery and under the above mentioned conditions, otherwise we are not obliged to proceed with a second shipment.
(β) when the product has material defects you can ask for a replacement, a reduction in price or full compensation.
(γ) when you want to change the product. Within fourteen (14) days of delivery, you have the right to request an exchange of the product with a product offered at the same price. No changes are made to discounted products. Please be advised that you are responsible for any damage to the product upon return.
(δ) when you wish to cancel your order for any reason ("Right of Withdrawal") You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day after the day you take physical possession of the products you purchased.
11.3 In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by phone at 2119557550 or by email at website.gr@camelotwater.com and return the products within 14 days. In case of a valid withdrawal from the purchase of products from our online store, we will refund you the price of the products purchased, including shipping costs within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your request. We may charge you for shipping costs if you have not selected simple shipping (e.g. express) and we may delay payment if we have not received the products or proof of delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. The conditions in the first paragraph of this article regarding the refund apply here too.
11.4 Generally, the cost of returning the products is borne by you, unless the Merchant is proven to be at fault for the withdrawal (e.g. incorrect execution of the order or defective product).

13. Absence of warranty and limitation of liability
13.1 No express warranty is given that the pages, services, functions, options and contents of the website will be provided without interruption, without errors and that errors will be corrected. Although every effort is made, no warranty is given that the website is free of viruses or other harmful components.
13.2 The Company does not provide any guarantee for the availability of its products but guarantees that it will inform consumers in case a product or service is not available.
13.3 Given the nature and volume of information on the Internet, under any circumstances, including in the case of negligence, the Company or its representatives are not liable for any form of damage suffered by the user of the pages, services, options and contents of the website, the use of which he/she undertakes on his/her own initiative and responsibility. The users of the website accept that they are liable to the Company for the compensation of any damage caused by the illegal use or use contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
13.4 The Company is not responsible and is not bound for errors due to an oversight during the entry of data in its online store.
14. External connections
14.1 The website may contain links or hyperlinks to other websites controlled by third parties, whether natural or legal persons. Under no circumstances is the Company responsible for their content, nor for any financial or other damage suffered by the user who follows them. Under no circumstances does the Company guarantee that these links will operate without interruption.
